Office Hours are by appointment, so there is usually no waiting and added privacy.

Regarding appointments:

I make a concerted effort to see my patients with urgent needs on a "same day" basis.
Evening and weekend hours are available on a limited basis.
If you call to make an appointment and reach the answering machine, I am probably only temporarily unavailable. Please leave a message so that I might return the call shortly.
Please leave your telephone number TWICE in a very clear voice. I find that cell phone messages sometimes have gaps or are quite distorted. If you don't hear from me shortly, please call again.
I speak some Spanish, and am constantly learning more, but if you have access to an interpreter it might be very helpful to bring one to your visit. Spouses, sons and daughters, friends, congregation members, and advocates usually do very nicely.
Since appointments are a valuable resource to both my patients and myself, if you are unable to make your appointment, please give 24 hours notice.
You may be held responsible for missed appointment fees.
Repeated instances of missed appointments may result in termination and alternate referral.

Regarding Botox®:

To assure the freshness of the Botox® solution, blocks of schedule time will be dedicated solely to Botox® treatments.
There is NO CHARGE for either a Botox® Cosmetic or Botox® Therapeutic consultation.
Your Botox® consultation and treatment will be handled with complete discretion.
